The Platinum Program

The Program is our most comprehensive planning program. We take you through the entire planning process. We do all of the legwork (calling vendors for availability, set up appointments), organize your entire wedding, offer advice and guidance, and then orchestrate all the details on the wedding day.

Here is a list of the items included in the Platinum Program (note: there may be other items not listed that are also included i.e. taking flowers from the ceremony to reception, etc.)


Planning

  • Unlimited meeting time to plan your wedding
  • Design and customize wedding plans
  • Create and maintain the wedding budget (I have software to keep up with everything from your invitation list to seating arrangements)
  • Contact all possible vendors to check on their current prices and availability (includes a vendor list).
  • Evaluate and Negotiate vendor contracts
  • Contact you via e-mail or phone as a reminder as to when your payments are due to vendors.
  • Assist in selecting the minister or judge if necessary
  • Assist in selecting the ceremony music
  • Set the appointment and attend up to two site visits to select the reception site
  • Assist in tuxedo selection
  • Set the appointment and attend up to two site visits to select photographer
  • Set the appointment and attend up to two site visits to select the wedding cake
  • Assist with stationery selection
  • Assist with entertainment selection
  • Assist with guest accommodations
  • Develop a wedding timeline for the wedding day
  • Assist with rehearsal planning and attend the rehearsal  


On The Wedding Day

  • Two-hour “wedding detail” meeting to be held at least two-weeks prior to your wedding.
  • Eight-hours of wedding management on your wedding day, this includes the reception 
  • One week prior to the wedding we call all vendors to make sure they have everything they need and to confirm all of your expectations. We will then give them our contact information for the day of the wedding and instruct them to call Coordination For Any Occasion with any questions or concerns on the wedding day.
  • Work with family and vendors to make sure things run smoothly. All questions can be directed toward us.
  • Pin Boutonnieres and hand out bouquets.
  • Assist in any emergency needs for the bride, groom, wedding party, or family. I have a comprehensive emergency kit suitcase at all Weddings I plan. It that has everything from makeup, shaver, sewing kit, groomsman socks, to mouth wash.
  • Distribute final payments (DJ, Photographer, etc)
  • Ceremony Management (i.e. let everyone know when they walk down the aisle, etc).
  • Work with photographer to assemble wedding party when needed and coordinate photo timing
  • Contact vendors that are late and answer any vendor's questions at the reception
  • Confirm the placement of all the items at the ceremony and reception (cake, flowers, etc)
The Diamond Program

The Diamond Program is designed for couples that would like to plan most of their wedding themselves, however, still want to have the advice of a professional by their side during the planning process as well as on their wedding day

Planning

The Wedding Day Management Program  ** Our Most Popular Package**

The Wedding Day Management Program is designed for the couple that wants to enjoy their wedding day (as well as have their friends and family enjoy it) without having to worry about any “wedding details” on their wedding day. With Coordination For Any Occasion you can be assured that your wedding day will go smoothly because we will be behind the scenes orchestrating all the details and managing the vendors.

  • Unlimited Email support throughout the entire planning process.
  • Two-hour pre-planning meeting to be held at least Two-weeks prior to your wedding.
  • Eight-hour management on your wedding day, this includes the reception.
  • One week prior to the wedding we will call all vendors to make sure they have everything they need and to confirm all your expectations. The Custom Program
The Custom Program is designed for the couple that may have special needs for their day that is not found in our other packages.   If you are not finding a program that fits your needs, we can create a custom program that can fit your needs and your budget.
